This is a screenshot of the FREE OXYL8 LEV Captor Hood Design/TExT Assessment App.

The App can be used by Designers to calculate the required Hood Entry (Face) Velocity for a given hood style/size and Captor Distance requirement.

It can also be used by TExT Examiners to calculate the Effective Captor Distance for a hood if the hood details such as size, shape and Face Velocity are known.

To download the App go to Play Store (Android) or iStore (Apple) and search “OXYL8”.
